Winmarkt provides leasing, property and facility management services for each owned shopping center (15 shopping centers and 1 office building).The Winmarkt commercial network was bought in March 2008 by the IGD, an Italian company listed at the Milan (Italy) stock market.
Winmarkt is a Romanian real estate company owning a portfolio comprising 15 fully operational shopping centers and one office building, situated in prime locations in 13 different Romanian regional cities. The Company was formed through a path of acquisitions of assets and mergers of companies previously owned by the Romanian State and built in the city centers and representing the main shopping centers opportunity for the customers who live there. Placed in the main commercial arteries of these cities, Winmarkt shopping centers currently host over 600 clients – international, national networks or local shops. Thanks to a very large expertise in the management of the commercial centers, we understand how retailers, buyers and the market interact, so we wanted to bring them together in an integrated system, so each tenant can have the freedom to maximize their profitability and recover their investment.
