We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the international PCTO project promoted and organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania (CCIPR) for the IIS Ferrini Franzosini of Verbania.
The three-week project provided students with the opportunity to gain work experience in international environments, involving 15 companies from a variety of sectors, ensuring a practical and multidisciplinary approach to the world of work:
SC Personnel Select, Eco Geodrum SRL, ARHI-TEM STUDIO, Forvis Mazars in Romania, Crowe Romania, Scuola Italiana Internazionale Bucarest Aldo Moro, Dedalo Agency, Geostud, Lexters, KPMG Romania, Fundatia PARADA, Hotel Bliss, Mercure Bucharest Unirii, Old Town Boutique Hotel.
Participants, coming from programs in Commercial and Administrative Services, Business Information Systems, Administration, Finance and Marketing, Graphics and Communication, and Tourism, were able to develop both technical and soft skills, while also strengthening their language abilities and gaining a broader European-oriented perspective.
The program concluded with a significant educational enrichment, confirming the value of international experiences as a strategic driver for employability and personal growth among young people.
More than just a mobility experience, the project represents a concrete model of integration between the education system and the business sector, in line with the objectives of internationalization and innovation.
