The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania (CCIpR) announces the launch of the preliminary activities related to the Italian Hospitality in the World Project 2027–2028, an initiative aimed at promoting and safeguarding authentic Italian food and wine culture and the excellence of Made in Italy agri-food products in the international context.
As the promoter of the Italian Hospitality label in Romania, CCIpR coordinates the selection and recognition process in collaboration with Unioncamere, Assocamerestero, and with the technical support of ISNART.
Project Objectives
The program aims to:
• promote and enhance authentic Italian food and wine tradition in Romania;
• combat the phenomenon of Italian Sounding;
• strengthen and qualify the international network of certified Italian Hospitality establishments (restaurants, pizzerias, gelaterias);
• foster institutional relations and collaboration opportunities among sector operators.
Operators interested in submitting their application are invited to send an expression of interest to segreteria@ccipr.ro no later than March 21, 2026.
