International Mobility: Skills, Growth and New Opportunities for Young People

In the first half of 2026, the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania (CCIpR) promoted and supported international mobility projects for upper secondary school students, providing them with the opportunity to enrich their educational journey through professional experiences in an international environment.

Through internships, career guidance activities, and collaborations with companies, institutions, and training providers, these initiatives foster the development of both professional and transferable skills, encourage intercultural exchange, and enhance students' understanding of the dynamics of today's labour market.

International mobility is, in fact, a practical tool for strengthening the connection between education and the business community, supporting the growth of young talent, and contributing to the development of highly qualified professionals who are open to international perspectives and well prepared to meet the challenges of a global labour market.

The CCIpR would like to thank all its partners, host companies, participating organisations, and students whose commitment and active involvement have contributed to the success of these initiatives.
