As global power dynamics shift, The Economist Romania Government Roundtable shall bring together heads of state, nobel laureates, thought leaders and international experts for a meaningful conversation on Southeast Europe’s strategic role in a transforming world.
Economic stability and growth for Europe, the single market roadmap to 2028, Moldova’s accession to the EU, geopolitical landscape and trans- atlantic relations under the Trump II administration, global economy and trade tariffs, energy security and green transition, innovation and technology, infrastructure and investment will be among the key themes to be discussed in depth. With more than 400 participants in Bucharest and delegates from over 35 countries online, this high-level Government Roundtable provides an essential platform for dialogue on how Europe can and should, shape its next leap forward.
