Last week, the event "NAVIGATING THE GEOPOLITICAL RESET: Implications for Global Business / The Italy–Romania Business Corridor in a Changing Geopolitical Era" took place in the Sala Maggiore of the Trieste Chamber of Commerce of Venezia Giulia. The initiative was dedicated to exploring the impact of current geopolitical transformations on international economic scenarios and the strategic role of the relationship between Italy and Romania.
Through the contributions of distinguished speakers and the participation of a qualified audience composed of representatives from institutions, businesses, and academia, the event provided an important opportunity for discussion on the key challenges and opportunities arising from the evolving global landscape.
Particular attention was devoted to the value of the Italy–Romania economic corridor, highlighting growth prospects and potential collaborations between Italian and Romanian companies in strategic sectors. In an international environment marked by constant change, strengthening bilateral economic relations represents a key factor in fostering investment, developing new industrial partnerships, and enhancing the competitiveness of both countries' productive systems.
