The international mobility project involving seven fourth-year students from upper secondary schools across three Italian regions has successfully come to an end. Over the course of one month, the students completed internships with companies and organisations based in Bucharest.
Thanks to careful coordination and an effective matching process between the students' profiles and the host organisations, participants had the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge and skills acquired during their studies. At the same time, they gained first-hand experience in an international working environment while developing both technical expertise and essential soft skills for their future careers.
Beyond the workplace experience, the programme also represented an important journey of personal growth. Living in an international environment, working within multicultural teams, improving language skills, becoming more independent, and gaining insight into the Romanian business landscape are just some of the aspects that make international mobility such a valuable opportunity.
