The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania organised a roundtable discussion with the Minister of Labour and Social Solidarity, Petre Florin Manole.
The meeting, moderated by President Roberto Musneci and hosted by Generali Romania, brought together the Italian Ambassador to Bucharest, H.E. Laura Aghilarre, along with representatives of several leading Italian companies operating in the country.
During the discussion, key topics were explored, including the evolution of the labour market, the growing contribution of non-EU workers, and the need to promote vocational training and upskilling pathways to support businesses and strengthen human capital.
A constructive discussion rich in practical insights, reaffirming the commitment of the CCIpR to supporting the sustainable development of the labour market and creating value for the Italian business community in Romania.
