The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania (CCIpR), a member of the Alianța Învățământ Dual România, took part in EduPro Summit, an event dedicated to fostering dialogue between the education sector, businesses, and the labour market.
Through discussions on the themes “Education that works”, “From School to Career: How to Develop the Skills the Economy Needs” and “The Future of Work: How to Prepare People and Organisations for the Future”, the event highlighted the importance of developing skills that meet the current and future needs of the labour market, while strengthening collaboration between educational institutions and the business community.
For CCIpR, participating in initiatives of this kind means actively contributing to dialogue between businesses and the education system, supporting skills development, dual education, and the creation of partnerships that can prepare younger generations for the professional challenges of tomorrow.
Investing in skills and strengthening the link between education and business are essential to enhancing business competitiveness and supporting the growth of a dynamic, forward-looking economy.
