The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania had the pleasure of welcoming to Bucharest a group of students from the Technical Institute “G. Romagnosi” of Piacenza, engaged in a week of educational mobility and cultural exchange within the framework of initiatives supported by the NRRP and European education programmes.
The week began at the George Coșbuc High School, where the students took part in school activities and moments of dialogue with their Romanian peers, experiencing the local educational environment firsthand.
In the afternoon, the group was hosted at the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania, where they explored the role that an international Chamber of Commerce plays in promoting partnerships, bilateral projects, and opportunities for businesses, young people, and territories.
Alongside the lessons, thematic workshops offered a unique opportunity to learn about Romania’s culture, traditions, and history. A creative workshop organised with the school’s art club fostered collaboration between Italian and Romanian students, while the session dedicated to the “Skills of the Future” allowed participants to reflect on the key competencies required in today’s labour market.
Exploring the city further enriched the programme, giving students the opportunity to experience Bucharest as a dynamic and immersive cultural environment.
An initiative that combined learning, intercultural dialogue, and the development of transversal skills, contributing to strengthening the ties between Italy and Romania in the field of international education.
